1. What type of payment do you accept?
All orders will be processed through paypal, a secure online payment center. You do not need a paypal account in order to complete your transaction and all major credit cards are accepted through paypal merchant services.

3. Do you offer custom work?

4. What is your Refund Policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are in any way unhappy with our product please return it within 30 days and we will either replace the product or refund your money.
5. How is the canvas artwork made?
Digital artwork, including the photograph, is first created on the computer. It is then printed on premiere canvas using the giclée printing process. The canvas is then gallery wrapped over a wooden frame and areas are hand-painted with acrylic paint. The canvas is then sprayed with a finishing gloss to protect it. The artwork is finished on all sides so no framing is necessary and it is perfect for a child's room as there is no breakable glass!
6. How is the TADA! Your Kid's Art Poster made?
Upon receipt of the artwork we will scan and touch-up your child's artwork (no need to worry if it has a tear or a stain!). We then design a poster to feature their collection! Each poster is printed using Kodak and Epson Premium Luster Professional Grade paper and genuine Epson Ultrachrome Inks to produce a true professional quality poster.
7. When ordering a TADA! Your Kids Art Poster, how do you receive the artwork?
In general, we ask clients to use a sturdy envelope with cardboard backing when mailing their artwork. In addition, we also accept jpeg images of the artwork via email. When we receive your order we will provide you more detailed instructions on where and how to mail your original artwork. Please email: info@tadababy.com if you would like more information.
8. I would like to give one of your canvases as a shower gift, but want the new mom to be able to choose the design. Do you offer gift certificates?
TADABABY does indeed offer gift certificates. Please visit our gallery section to order one. Our gift certificates are professionally printed and include white envelopes for gift giving. In addition, our gift cards can be sent to you or directly to the recipient. Just let us know when ordering!
