Orders:
To place an order for one of our canvases, please email orders@tadababy.com.
Please include:

1. your name, email address, and address where the canvas will be shipped
2. your choice of canvas design
3. a high resolution jpeg photograph of your little one
4. the name and birth-date of the baby or big kid that you would like to feature, along with his or her birth-weight, length, time of birth, and birth city if applicable.

Please be aware that your photo may be cropped in order to optimize the artistic design.

To place an order for a TADA! Your Kid's Art Poster please email orders@tadababy.com and we will provide you with detailed information on how to mail your child's original art.

Payment:
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We use PayPal merchant services to process your payments. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address once your order is received.

Shipping and Handling:
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $9.95 per item.

All artwork is made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to ship.

Returns and Exchanges:
We here at TADABABY pride ourselves on our high-quality product. Your happiness with our product means everything to us, and therefore we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Please return the artwork within 30 days of receipt and we will either provide you with a new canvas or poster or offer a complete refund.

Sales Tax:
5% sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts.

Product Display:
We have done our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, all monitors are different and therefore the color of our artwork as displayed on your monitor may vary from actual product.
